We were invited with friends to step on private property along our coast line, not far from home. On that coast line resides a shipwreck along with a few other remnants of old, beached fishing boats belonging to a family of brothers some years back, that is if we recall the story correctly. The many acres of property have, for the most part, been left untouched since purchase with the intention of maintaining a natural coast line free of human habitation. With the exception of a grounds keeper living on site of course. It’s a beautiful, quiet piece of earth and we are so grateful to be one of very few who get to step foot on this beach and enjoy a peaceful sunset this evening, forgetting just for a moment all of the bad that 2020 seems to bring with it so far.
